CoMate Reduces Dangerous Clinker

Decreasing the risk of personal injury to your plant personnel is clearly an important aspect of any responsible plant operation. With a continuous and properly dosed application of CoMate, slag and clinker buildup inside your boiler is greatly reduced. CoMate treated ash does not adhere in great quantities to the internal components of your boiler. While the boiler is operating, most of this ash accumulates harmlessly on the furnace floor as a light, friable and easily handled material. This means clinker formation, which poses a safety risk to boiler maintenance personnel, is greatly reduced.
